REGISTRATION OF NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION IN PUNJAB CHARITY COMMISSION

The Punjab Charity Commission (PCC) is a registering and regulatory authority for registering charities and regulating collection of charitable funds. Under section 2 (e), organizations/ NPOs/ NGOs/ Charities/ Trusts/ Societies already registered under following laws, will get registered with PCC:

  • an organization registered under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961 (XLVI of 1961)
  • an organization registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (XXI of 1860)
  • an organization registered under the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017) or under any other    

 law for the time being in force

  • an organization registered for charitable purposes under any law for the time being in force 
  • a public or private trust.

  •     Authorization Letter from charity head
  •     License
  •     Articles of Association
  •     Memorandum of Association
  •     Logo of charity
  •     Proof of Ownership property
  •     Proof of Ownership Vehicle
  •     Rent Deed for income
  •     Payment Plan of Liabilities
  •     Loan document
  •     Financial Statement
  •     Audit Report
  •     Utility Bills of Business
